What will you do?
As Sales Executive, you will lead, manage and develop a team of sales professionals focused on driving life cycle and value based products for mining, engineering and agricultural clients in Colombia. This position reports to the Regional General Manager (Latam) and is a key member of the Branch senior leadership team.
· Explore potential clients and channels, develop public relationship.
· Develop business opportunity, follow up and achieve orders.
· Collect and analyze market information.
What will you need to succeed?
· 2 years of sales management experience in heavy industry machinery.
· Familiar with CRM, customer visits and market analysis.
· Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communications skills.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and manage the dynamics of a complex organization.
· Experience in leading and managing a high performing team.
· Experience in leadership and people management.
· Proficient with MS Office.
· English language skills (conversation).
