White Vinegar Clears Sunblocking Clouds
The vinegar evaporates and rises up eating the metals, and yes vinegar can rise up to cloud level just the same as water molecules from earth rise to make rain.
In essence the vinegar allows you to remove the metal buffer they spray restoring natural weather and allowing the sun to burn off the clouds when it is supposed to.
Added to that we are all breathing these metals in as much of it falls to earth. Vinegar is also great for killing bacteria so not only does it get you sunlight and clean your air of metals but it also makes your surrounding cleaner.
