As stated in the rules and guidelines (article 2), "Should a country does not have any candidate qualified for the final round, ELPC organisation will invite at least 2 (or more depending on the number of candidates from participating country) candidates achieved the highest points of among others to final round."
So, you can still expect positive result from us if you are really best among others in your country !
We will list the "Wild Card" (whose scores are the best) winners as soon as the rest of the results are done!
