There are loads of people moaning on Facebook about not been able to draw cash out at atms. One woman went into sainsburys and asked for cashback after walking around all morning looking for ATM that had cash. None did. Also I tried myself yesterday. 5 atms nothing in them. I popped to my local this morning still empty. Its all going to kick off here in london. They said london would be 1st to go down. A woman on twitter said she can't give her children lunch money. They are supose to go out for the day. She said she borrowed from her neighbour
