5+ years of technical project management experience working on technical / product projects or 7+ years of project management experience.
Requirements:
Demonstrated delivery capability for large complex technology projects - experience working with/in Engineering, Product, QA and UX teams.
Well developed problem-solving and analytical skills. Think outside of the box. Take action.
Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Adaptability and growth in fast-paced environment.
Manage stakeholders and understand stakeholder management basics.
Proficient level of English.

About the rol:
Agile & SCRUM
Decides the how a program / project is going to be built
Implements Agile / SCRUM framework, proposes/pilots working best practices and works with SCRUM Ceremonies & Meetings;
Resource management understanding, planning and coordination
Coordination & Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Ensure there is no bottleneck in reviewing/testing/releasing
Coordinate with QA for testing
Coordinate with Platform for the releases
Coordinate with the Engineering Manager from the Pillar (resources, blockers, status updates, etc.)
Jira Management
Prioritise tasks in Jira boards of assigned Pillars/PODs
Standardise boards across Pillars/PODs (in alignment with TPMO team’ standards) – cross departmental needs to be covered by teams involved & IT
Ensure subtasks in Jira are being created → to be created by Tech Lead or Devs
TPjMs to support in extracting technicalities from epics/US for (sub)tasks
