"Si hubiese sido atacada una representación diplomática occidental habrían llovido las represalias y los argumentos de que estáis en lo cierto en esta misma sala", remarcando también que el ataque iraní ha ocurrido en medio de la "lamentable pasividad del Consejo de Seguridad".
